What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are calculated individually based on order size, destination, and delivery requirements. Contact our team for a tailored quotation and estimated shipping costs.
Can I return a product?
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns are subject to inspection and authorization by SolKlimatech.
How long does it take to process an order?
We process orders within 24 hours for products available in stock. For made-to-order products, the processing time is 3-5 working days.
Do you offer a warranty on products?
All products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, we offer an extended warranty and professional post-warranty service.
